◆    Applied Behavior Analysis (“ ABA ”) therapy hours AWARDED  to a child, to be provided after school in the child’s home, and to include parent ABA training.


   Service dog  PERMITTED  for a child with Autism to accompany him to and from school, along with an ABA-trained service dog handler paid for by the District.


   Private  Orton-Gillingham-trained  1:1 tutor  AWARDED  for 2 hours after-school to be delivered to a child with a reading disability.


   Transportation to and from a non-public school  AWARDED  to a child during the pendency of an Impartial Hearing.


   Two sets of essential medical equipment  AWARDED  to a child who requires the technology both inside and outside of the classroom.


   Licensed Practical Nurse  (LPN)  AWARDED  to accompany a child throughout the entire school day, paid for by the District.


   A Private Functional Behavioral Assessment (“FBA”) and Behavior Intervention Plan (“BIP”)  AWARDED  , to be performed by an independent Board Certified Behavior Analyst, in lieu of suspension or other punishment.


◆   657 hours of private, 1:1 academic tutoring ($100/hr)  AWARDED against the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE)  to a child deemed below grade level and in an inappropriate public school program.


◆  641 hours of compensatory services  AWARDED  in the form of individualized, private academic tutoring at public expense when the home District failed to address our client’s academic deficits.


◆   927 hours of private, 1:1 academic tutoring  AWARDED against the NYCDOE to our client whose behaviors and academic deficits were impeding his learning and who was far below his same-age, non-disabled peers.


   160 hours of make-up occupational therapy and speech and language services  AWARDED  to a child whose District failed to provide the necessary services.
